Material Shredding Process

Additionally, based on the material’s thickness, hardness, and other specific requirements, choose a granulator with the appropriate power rating to balance crushing efficiency and energy conservation. Finally, select a screen size that matches the desired particle size of the output material.

  • For PVC Pipe (Maximum diameter: 150mm, Thickness: 1.5mm): Opt for the SG-2028 model with a straight-feed hopper.
  • For HDPE Pipe (Maximum diameter: 500mm, Thickness: 45mm): The SG-7090 model with a side-feed design is recommended.
