Plastic granulator for producing uniform granules
Our screenless granulator is designed to provide highly efficient granulation with minimal dust generation. These granulators are ideal for producing uniform granules suitable for immediate mixing with virgin materials, enhancing your production line's efficiency.
- The SG-14/24N model features a high-grade foreign brand reduction motor and two reduction motors are equipped to enable simultaneous crushing in two chambers.
- Both the SG-14/24N and SG-24T models utilize an integrated design of cogged and claw blades, allowing for coarse and fine crushing simultaneously without the need for a screen, resulting in uniform particle size and reduced dust.
- The cogged blades have a trapezoidal design that optimizes the force distribution on the tool, changing the direction of the force to reduce stress and extend the life of the blades.
- Motor and main shaft in the SG-14/24T/24N series are connected via a coupler for easy and quick motor replacement. A microcomputer detects blockages, automatically reversing and alerting to clear material jams with an auto-resume function.
- The granulators are designed to be space-efficient with easy access for cleaning. The feed hopper is made from transparent PC, offering a clear view of the materials.
